We know what it's like to live out of a suitcase — so we built the kind of place we always wished was waiting for us.

"We spent our careers living out of bags in other people's cities. Now we try to make sure nobody has to feel that way in ours."

We're two former professional athletes who traded locker rooms for a set of keys on Dušní street. Same instinct, different game: look after people, pay attention to the details, make the place feel lived-in.

Right where you'd want to be

There's a particular kind of quiet that settles over Josefov once the day-trippers head back to their hotels. Narrow streets, hidden courtyards, a small park just around the corner where locals walk their dogs at dusk. Our apartments sit right in the middle of it all — close enough to the river to hear it, close enough to the Old Town to walk everywhere, far enough from the crowds to actually rest.
